The law firm of  Lister, Martin & Thompson, LLP, established in 1988, offers a wealth of experience, knowledge and skill in the fields of Workers' Compensation and disability discrimination, in which specialty areas our partners have practiced for over 30 years. 

Having acquired substantial expertise not only in the Workers' Compensation field but disability discrimination fields, we are proud to claim among our clients many of the most prestigious and sophisticated entities, both public and private, that are self-insured for Workers' Compensation purposes.
