A
LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY
The
law firm of Lister, Martin & Thompson offers a wealth of experience,
knowledge and skill in the fields of Workers' Compensation and
disability discrimination, in which specialty areas our partners
have practiced
for over 30 years. Both of the partners in the firm were long term
partners in a large Workers' Compensation defense firm before the
present firm was established in 1988.
Having acquired substantial expertise not only in
the Workers' Compensation but disability discrimination fields, we are
proud to claim among our clients many of the most prestigious and sophisticated
entities, both public and private, that are self-insured for Workers' Compensation
purposes. We recognize the fact that clients such as ours demand not only
excellence with regard to file handling but also expect that their counsel
will provide additional support and services. We believe that our clients
are absolutely justified in such demands and, therefore, when the firm
was
established, a commitment was made to provide our clients with an exceptional
level of service.
